Every winter I do a reread of the Harry Potter series, so any time it is snowy and cold, I always feel a tug to revisit Hogwarts. If I’ve already finished my reread (it’s been known to snow in Kansas in March), I’ll usually reach for some epic fantasy!

Funnily enough I feel the same way – but about the movies! I generally hate Christmas movies but I want to watch Harry Potter at the holidays!~

I would read the Harry Potter series if I was snowed in. I’ve been wanting to re-read the series for a long time, a snow day would be the perfect opportunity.

I really love curling up and re-reading the HP series, because it’s so magical, fun, and whimsical. It’s just one of those stories that gives me the warm and fuzzies! πŸ™‚

I love reading a book that can make me forget that I’m snowed in. I like reading a good high fantasy like Throne of Glass. πŸ™‚

Anything that cheers me up or engages me enough to make me forget the bad weather. The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward is always good.

I would choose a mystery and also one of my favorites like Pride and Prejudice. I would recommend Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. That would make a great snowed in read.

I don’t live in a “snowed-in” area (San Francisco area!), but I had a lot of fun reading my first Zombie Apocalypse trilogy over the holidays: Feed/Deadline/Blackout by Mira Grant (aka Seanan McGuire)!

  8. Anne

I don’t have a favorite book I’d read, I’d read what looked most interesting in my TBR pile.

  9. Munnaza

Honestly, if I were snowed in, I’d probably just want to reread Harry Potter start to finish. The other choice would be Anna and the French Kiss. I guess it would depend on how much time I have, lol. Thanks for this giveaway!

I live in FL so if I was rained in, I would probably continue to read whichever book I was in the middle of at the time with a cup of hot chocolate.
